The legal structure, governance philosophy and formation roadmap of the Indian Society of Technical Analysts.
The Society is proposed to be constituted as an independent non-profit professional body under applicable Indian law, with a written constitution, governing council, member general body and independent committees.
After legal registration, office bearers are elected by the general body according to the Society’s constitution. Terms, quorum and eligibility are defined in writing.
A formal Code of Ethics governs member conduct, disclosures and public communication, enforced by the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee.
Rights and responsibilities of each membership category are defined in the constitution and become effective once membership is formally activated.
A formal policy requires disclosure and management of actual or perceived conflicts across all committees, editors, reviewers and office bearers.
Annual audited financial statements will be published in the Annual Report after operations commence.
The Society operates independently of its promoter and knowledge partner. Institutional support does not override governance.
NEXGEN Trading Academy is the Knowledge and Education Partner. The Society, its promoter and its knowledge partner are separate entities with distinct governance.
A staged, publicly visible plan from formation to international collaboration. Each stage will be confirmed publicly as it is completed.
