Refund Policy.

1. Current position

Technical Analysts Association of India is a Section 8 company (CIN: U85499JH2026NPL028717) incorporated on 4 August 2026. Paid services (memberships, examinations, event registrations and subscription products) are not currently transacted on this website. All expressions of interest received today are collected without any charge until the corresponding fees and refund policies are formally approved by the Board.

2. Applicability

This refund policy shall come into effect only when the Society has completed incorporation and begins to offer paid services. Once operational, the policy shall apply to membership fees, examination fees, event fees, publication charges (if any) and any other paid programme offered by the Society.

3. Refund windows

• Membership fees: Refundable in full within 14 days of payment if membership rights have not yet been activated.
• Event and conference fees: Refundable up to 15 days prior to the event, subject to a nominal processing fee where applicable.
• Examination and certification fees: Refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled examination date, less an administrative fee.
• Publication and article processing charges: Non-refundable once peer review is initiated.

4. Refund process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at secretariat@taai.co.in with the transaction reference. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment instrument within 10–14 business days of approval.

5. Non-refundable items

Voluntary contributions, sponsorships and donations towards the Society’s objects are non-refundable. Fees for services already delivered (including access to time-limited digital content) are non-refundable.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights of members or consumers under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
