The Indian Society of Technical Analysts (ISTA), a proposed professional body, is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors, members, applicants and correspondents. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.
We rely on your consent, contractual necessity, our legitimate institutional interest, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with committee members, editors and service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information as required by law.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Applicants may request deletion of their data subject to statutory retention.
We follow institutional standards for administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit and audit logs. No system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We use only strictly necessary and functional cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Requests may be sent to the Secretariat via the Contact page.
