The Indian Society of Technical Analysts (ISTA), a proposed professional body, is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors, members, applicants and correspondents. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

  • Professional details such as designation, experience, education and areas of expertise.
  • Content you submit voluntarily including messages, applications, manuscripts and research papers.

  • To process and evaluate membership, committee and career applications.
  • To manage manuscript submissions, peer review and publication.
  • To administer events, certifications, resources and newsletters.
  • To respond to inquiries, partnership proposals and media requests.
  • To comply with statutory, regulatory and audit requirements once the Society is formally registered.

We rely on your consent, contractual necessity, our legitimate institutional interest, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with committee members, editors and service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information as required by law.
